The B&W website is currently focused around great product experiences and information. The brand has always had a very loyal following of owners and enthusiasts and in Q1 2008 we received a brief to increase the size of its engaged community of sound lovers who are not necessarily owners.
The new website marries the manufacturer with the dealers to speak with one voice and build a single relationship with each visitor. Importantly, it provides responsive lead management to quickly fulfil users’ requests. Additionally, each project that we launched for Bentley exceeded client expectations and resulted in a number of continued projects.
The new Society of Sound section went live in the summer of 2008.
