Objective
ITN Source is the online video library for over 800,000 hours of iconic footage from a wide range of genres and themes. Our brief is to redesign the site in order to increase the number of online sales.
Solution
User research and stakeholder meetings have shown that current site users cannot easily find what they are looking for. Our solution aims to improve the site structure and usability. This should result in increased sales at a lower cost per sale.
Result
The new ITN Source site went live in summer 2008.
