RNID needed their site re-architectured, designed and built so that it generated more income and met with the highest level of accessibility requirements.
Using a series of focus groups and one-on-one interviews, we developed the RNID’s online strategy and designed a process that would allow us to create a new site iteratively with a prototype that could be user-tested at every stage.
At its launch the RNID site was the most accessible eShop available online. The site helped increase monthly revenue by over 100% in its first few months.
